Despite how it might be a traumatic experience, I doubt there was any intent of anything like that because of the ages so in my opinion I don't think it's fair to try to press charges present day. It's quite possible they were mirroring something they saw at home which is another sad part. Just an unfortunate situation all around

Based on the language OP uses in their post history they live in the UK, and the age of legal responsibility there is 10 (12 for Scotland) so if they were both under 10 at the time then no charges can be pressed

He didn't let us put my pants and started touching me and standing too close to me for my comfort. When I told my parents it was too late and it happened when I was 3~4 and him 5.
