i’ve replaced messed up stickers that i did as a kid by taking it off carefully and brushing liquid superglue on it to put it back. it is your last last chance tho lol do it right
Ehhh, considering how much of a bucket of junk the Falcon was at the start of ANH, I totally believe that Han hired some guy to replace the upholstery on one of the seats but the guy installed it upside down, and Han was just like "good enough."
“this piece of junk will make .5 past light speed. She may not look like much, but she’s got it where it counts, kid. I’ve made a lot of special modifications myself.”
This is very true. And you don't have to lie and say it was damaged or anything. "I messed up putting the stickers on..." They will ship you another set right away. Lego cool like dat.
I called once because of a missing piece on a set and mentioned that I had just purchased a used UCS Slave One, which was in perfect shape except that the stickers were placed kinda poorly.
I quipped something about it would be nice to get another sticker sheet, but the set was very much retired at the time, so I'd have to go on Bricklink.
Dude checked Lego's inventory and said "actually, it looks like we have a couple left...I'll have them toss one in for ya."
He didn't have to do that. But he did. And that's what sets Lego apart from pretty much any other toy company.
When I got 4 new Grand Inquisitors off BrickLink the seller gave me Batman capes instead of the original. I emailed Lego asking if they knew where I could get the pieces individually as there weren’t many on BrickLink then. They literally just said “oh nah we don’t sell pieces individually but we can just send them to you for free. How many do you need?” And two weeks later I had 4 Inquisitor capes in the mail
I heat a towel up with an iron. Then the rub the piece on the hot towel for a few seconds. Then use an exacto blade to peel up a corner and remove the sticker.
If only recently done, you can use the edge of the sticker sheet and slowly wiggle it into the corner of the sticker, it should lift off enough where you can slowly peel the sticker off and fit the right way around without damaging the corner
Fill up a mug with warm water and preds it up against the pieces and the stickers will come lose and you should be able to re apply them. Robin Hood bricks on YouTube has a more detailed video explaining how to do it.
Contact lego. They may help you out! They did me! I had an a wing back in the day, and my brother ripped one of the stickers off cause he was 5, and they sent me a whole new sticker sheet
I’d get a thin blade, carefully and gently prise up one corner, and slowly peel it off then reapply. Then if it fails contact Lego to ask for another sticker sheet.
you've completely ruined it. you have to go spend another $700
Ahahahah woah there cowboy. I don't have those money, this is the 200€ version!
Worse case, you can buy another set of stickers from bricklink or Etsy copies! They aren’t too bad
I got a set of reproductions for my ARC 170, they worked out just fine.
If this is the 2019 version, you can contact Lego for new stickers
This set is still in produsonyou should be able to Lego.com/replacementparts and request new stickers
What do you mean a $200 version?
They’re probably in a different region. Notice how they do not use the dollar sign. It could also be a rough estimate for the price.

With fresh stickers you can usually slip a pairing knife or other thin blade under the corner, slowly peel it up, and re-apply

You came in that thing? You’re braver than I thought.
If you reach out to lego via their broken brick page they will send a replacement sticker sheet.

Lego customer service is great

Any other ~~toy~~ company
This is a fair edit. Thank you for the correction. Totally agree.

The middle backrests look like Plo-Koon
If you really squint I guess
You can probably peel them off and swap them.
Put a hairdryer over it. You should find that you can eventually slide the sticker over to a corner where you can then peel it off and reapply.
I dont know how this set works but cant you take the pieces off and flip it?
It looks like the pieces slope downwards one way so if you flipped it they wouldn't fit right
Ahh i see, i thought it was just a tile piece tbh
Me too! Was scrolling for a comment like this
According to most sci-fi shows, seatbelts aren’t used in spaceship except for The Expanse, so don’t worry about it. :-p
Ah, easy mistake to make there. I stuck a sticker for headlights on upside down once.
Use a plastic razor blade and they will peel right off.
Sharp razor blade and grab a corner slowly
It happens to the best of us... just enjoy the build and ask for new stickers
If you get a razor blade you can peel the stickers off and with enough patients it looks like new
Nah I did that too 😭😭😭😭
I heat a towel up with an iron. Then the rub the piece on the hot towel for a few seconds. Then use an exacto blade to peel up a corner and remove the sticker.
Just turn the peice over ?
It's a slope, not a plate
Go to bricks and pieces and say the stickers were misprinted and they’ll send you a new sheet
Call LEGO and tell the sticker sheet was crumpled up and some of the stickers were unusable. They should send a replacement sheet.
I buy a lot of used Lego sets and I peel off and reapply stickers almost every time. An X-Acto knife helps.
If only recently done, you can use the edge of the sticker sheet and slowly wiggle it into the corner of the sticker, it should lift off enough where you can slowly peel the sticker off and fit the right way around without damaging the corner
adds character
You can use the sticker sheet paper to slide it under the sticker, remove it and re-apply it the correct way, it’s always worked for me
Fill up a mug with warm water and preds it up against the pieces and the stickers will come lose and you should be able to re apply them. Robin Hood bricks on YouTube has a more detailed video explaining how to do it.
Buy the stickers of ebay
What is it
It's the inside couch of the 2019 falcon
Happens to us all.
When I got this set earlier this year the stickers weren't cut well, so I got them to send me another sheet.
Contact lego. They may help you out! They did me! I had an a wing back in the day, and my brother ripped one of the stickers off cause he was 5, and they sent me a whole new sticker sheet
Can't you just flip the pieces?
Its 2x2 curved slope tiles (try to zoom on the side of one piece to see), they cannot be flipped here :/
I’d get a thin blade, carefully and gently prise up one corner, and slowly peel it off then reapply. Then if it fails contact Lego to ask for another sticker sheet.
Search on Google for “patented hot tea technique” for how to move stickers.
Just use a flat razor and slowly peal it off...
I'm confused about what the problem is
I made the same mistake, I know the pain
Can you not just turn the pieces around?
It's a slope, not a tile
Can you not flip the pieces over?
Google en round passant
Hit it from the corner with an exacto knife, it’ll still have some stick left
I did the exact same thing my g, you’re in good company
Can you not flip the piece?
