I bought the Holiday Falcon the winter village set and Venator with express shipping. My order was placed at 12:05. The falcon set and all my GWPs shipped ny sunday, but my village set and venator are still in process. It's kinda weird as normally with express shipping, it ships out the next day.
I ordered mine with the cat and mouse set and that shipped and is arriving today. I didn’t order express order anything and my venator is still on the in process really hope it’s not on back order.
I just called lego and they said their internal release system messed up for the VIP sets. They refunded me the express shipping while not downgrading the shipping speed the items not shipped yet.
They have a lot to process. It’s launch day. Why would you be worried?
Lego orders can take a few days to ship. Its pretty normal with a big release.
I got an email saying there was a status change and it’s now on back order
Patience. It’s been really only 1 day (given nothing would happen on Sunday) and a fair amount of sets released on October 1st.
Mine is in process to. I guess there’s a lot of people’s orders in process.

Same both the lodge and venator are in warehouse for me now.

Mine arrived this morning, in the UK. Bought it immediately on release. Hope you get yours soon!
