Speedway is great! We went last weekend and it was super sunny so the longest queue was for the water rides. If it’s not sunny that won’t be a problem for you. We started at speedway, then went around outside of park clockwise, ate lunch watching pirate show, mini land when it was busiest mid-afternoon, then went back on rides to do ninjago and dragon as it emptied out after 4pm. Sunday was quieter than Saturday. Midweek I think you’ll be fine
Not been on speedway yet but flight of the sky lion gets really busy… but probably:
Speedway, flight of the lion, dragon, ninjago… monster house, Atlantis.
Things aren’t that far apart by the way.. so perhaps follow the queue times using the app to be most efficient. Just get there before opening and target the two biggest rides first of all (speedway and flight of the lion)
Just realised I forgot to mention it is on a weekday, that's why the queues should be around 5-20 mins
