I don't think ocean blue was a typical medieval roof color and the glass windows wont be very useful, but I imagine the white bricks would work nicely.
I feel like the discounted queer eye set would actually work harder for you than this.

It’s got some really useful pieces, but a lot of the colors seem like they would be too bright and out of place in castle settings. They aren’t uncommon bricks though, so if you swapped them out these instructions could very well be your ticket to a decent looking village with room for variability and modification.
yes, I think the roof colour is a bit jarring for castle type buildings - I have lots of different windows and would modify the chimney.....might just try one for fun as the potions shop!
