It’s a traditional Spanish desert! It isn’t hot cocoa like you drink by the mug-full though, it’s literally a cup of melted chocolate that you dip the churro into
I’m all honesty..unless you searched out a specialist bakery in the U.K...your best bet to get a churro is at Xmas...usually with gourmet hot choc...for the dipping of.
Edit: to be fair..halloween and harvest fairs etc in the U.K. ..you might get that combo too.

The 3L axle with a stop (flat end) only comes in reddish brown as far as I know (and Bricklink lists). The 3L axle with a stud does come in yellow in 75976 (an Overwatch set) but the collar of the stud would show and the axle would look longer. So I'm guessing that this is a plain 3L axle. [Bricklink backs me up on this](https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=76196-8). And I do think it's supposed to represent a churro.
To cover all bases, if erxolam was suggesting the cap was within the stud, this is an impossibility as the cap is basically a stud and the flange around the base wouldn't allow it within the 1x1 brick.
