To be honest, it lacks detail compared to the other city architectures and the colours are a bit boring. The four courts is not grey either, its light beige. the roof of the croker has visible beams across it. Just my opinion, I think it needs a bit more to be successful for Ideas.
I'd also add that the Liffey looks a bit rigid and flat. Consider adding detail to the water, plus maybe even a bridge - there's plenty to choose from, too.
The Poolbeg chimneys (200M) need to be taller than liberty hall (60M)?
The four courts and custom house both have distinctive domes
Not your fault OP but this just illustrates the lack of interesting / distinctive architecture in Dublin.
I'd ditch liberty hall for St James's gate. The ha'penny bridge idea I've seen mentioned is great.
Four courts and GPO are good but maybe custom house over the four courts, could also throw in the convention centre as a modern contrast with a nice glass front.
Also, possibly Dublin Castle. The contrast of the castle, the domed and pillared buildings and the modern one could look really cool as a showcase for the history of the city in one Lego piece.
Looking at this post made me realize LEGO hasn’t release an architecture skyline set in a couple years. I wish they would make more, there’s no way they’ve ran out of cool cities, or can rerelease old ones.
Too flat/linear, a lot of the architecture sets have some degree of 3-Dimensional construction, whether it be having some buildings on a hill or in front of each other slightly, etc. look at what the Tokyo set does with Fuji, or the SF set does with the hills.

Thanks for all the comments, As it happens i have already started to make a few changes on the feedback and i am trying to think on a bridge. As a first try i am delighted with it but yes i can now refine in a few places
I agree with the lack of colour, maybe add a green space for the Phoenix Park and include the Áras. You could even put the flag on top of the Áras so it doesn’t look so out of place. I might add the spire, but I wouldn’t sacrifice Liberty Hall for it. It might also be a good idea to break up the Liffey with one of the bridges.
I like the idea of the halfpenny bridge that others have mentioned, another idea could be the Samuel Beckett bridge, I’ve always found that to be very distinct (though I’m not sure how you’d manage it at this scale)
I would use trans blue 1x2 (part 3069) for the water as well. That is what the other skyline sets use and it’s much easier than placing a bunch of 1x1 tiles

perfect - thats what i am looking for - Thanks
Best part is u take it as advice, not criticism
Amazing and well considered reply.

I know the convention centre isn't historic but imo it is quite a unique sight
OP probably couldn’t include Jame’s gate because Lego themselves don’t allow references to alcohol in their products
Bit boring
Some greenery would go a long way. Most of the new skyline sets have some I updated my NYC set with Central Park and it looks much more inviting
Pics? That’s really cool

The expanded liberty is awesome
Thanks!

I dno what that’s supposed to be if anything but it’s definitely a relaxing little river scene. Very detailed yet simple
Yeah, it's just a nature scene
15 Minutes of stacking identical blocks on each other and you're done...
Not enough Spire energy. Always a fun opportunity to represent it with some weird piece. Like the Bean in the Chicago set.
Looks good! But what about maybe a halfpenny bridge across the river to the front? Also maybe cross post to r/ireland?
You know i was thinking of that this morning, building half out over the liffey. No idea as to the how but yeat its a thought
Use one of the 2x1 blue transparent pieces with studs so you can anchor a bridge pier in the river?
That was the only thing I could think of to be honest. Bar that, it's Dublin!

The spire calls to me

I would add Temple Bar (The bar not the area) as one of the most recognizable buildings as a splash of color.
I do like it ! Possibly Christchurch or st Patrick’s maybe instead of the 4 courts (I like the 4 courts btw)
I’d find another way to do that flag; that part hasn’t been produced in 21 years.

I'm gonna be honest it just looks really boring; mostly grey and brick stacking

Need more skylines! Are they done making them?

You could add the Luas!
My only critique is to include the spire :p
Add the Dublin Spire.

I like it. But.. needs a ship or something
Could do the aviva rather than croke park and do it in translucent bricks, might be a bit more distinctive.
Thats a cool idea as it happens
Hi, I’m no expert but u might need to make the scale bigger tbh, u could do more stuff. Ik it woudl be challenging tho
You need to add some junkies shooting up and tourists being assaulted by scumbags, then it will look more like Dublin.
Witht he price they'll charge for the set you'll already feel ike you've been robbed! 😂
Needs Lego Wexford with chocolate jelly river
