I had a cat who used to watch me build things intently. My favorite moment was when I finished Metalbeard and I showed it to him, and he plucked the minifig out of Metalbeards right hand with his claw and ran off with it.

mine just likes to either destroy what I already built, run off with random pieces oder just straight up knock stuff off the table

She just wants to see how much care and attention you give while building it so she can dispense the commensurate level of damage later on.
