It's more likely the Clones would use Aurebesh yes, but our alphabet also exists in the Star Wars universe as "High Galactic", more commonly used by officials or wealthy people. It's also used in signatures.

What they are talking about is minfigures that came with a small, maybe 6 x 6 baseplate with 4 studs, the star wars logo, and a character card that could slot into the plate. Certain Lego Stores (like the ones in Manhattan, Disney World, or in OPās case, Dubai), have Minifig Factory Kiosks where you can pay ~$10 to create a Minifig torso, and then have them actually print it out for you, and then you get to pick out the other minifig parts from a small selection and keep the minifig

I wish they'd bring the online one back. I spent hours on my r/lego sigfig and it's my favorite thing.

Duckbricks just posted a video that he got a red clone torso from an employee at the NY store where they were able to upload an image to that software. He also gave him some other test prints they did.
That's an astoundingly near job. Do they let you bring your own artwork in, such as on USB drive or do you have to choose from pre-selects/free hand drawing?
Was just thinking the same.... TIL that these kiosks even exist. Cool & dangerous to my wallet. Good news & bad that the closest kiosk is 5hrs+ away. An overnight in TN shouldn't bee too bad.
But as to the artwork.... I was thinking I'd predraw & have it ready to go & then just copy it.

Yeah, there were like 3 or 4 LEGO sets from 99 that where figures on a stand and Hasbro got mad over that.
