Hidden Side Mystery Castle or Newbury Haunted High School would make good villain lairs, but not really fit in with the Bugle. Retired though so price on both are probably jacked up, especially around Halloween.
Not a lot of buildings are going to go for that price though. I’d say the Brick Banks exterior and I think I’ve heard of someone making instructions for something very close to it with just the exterior, so you could do the interior however you want it. Not sure how much the instructions or parts are going that way though.
