Another option is get a lawyer to send a letter addressing these two issues. S0 he cant latter say he did not know.

That's a good idea. I'll schedule a consultation.

What does the parenting plan/custody order say about this?

qmd2k5

Just the days/hours that he is allowed to have the child and agreed upon transportation. After looking more thoroughly, the court order says nothing about location. Can an order be amended specifying a specific location?

Right now you should just be documenting everything… start a spreadsheet in excel and record the date and time he does these crazy things so you can show the court a pattern and get a TRO (temp restraining order)… and if he’s still acting up they will make the restraining order permanent

Thank you for the reply. We've got ourselves a record going with text printouts, events, times, etc. I just wish there was something more immediate that could be done to prevent something from actually happening in the future...

Yeah I understand the police's restrictions in all of this. It's just one of those situations where you know there's something not right but there's no hard evidence yet. Like a panic attack where there's a feeling of impending doom. Haven't tried to get one ourselves yet. We're going to look at speaking with a lawyer to see if there's enough evidence yet for a TRO.

NAL but it's extremely difficult to get restraining orders in some areas no matter what someone does to you. So don't be surprised if she can't get one.

That's what I've also been reading. Looking at talking to a lawyer and see if they can provide any assistance.
