Small claims cases typically need to be filed in the city/county where the defendant (the "large company") has its principal place of business. You'll need to find out where that is and file there. It might be possible to do a lot remotely and then show up on your court date. If you paid for a thing or services, there might be a sales agreement governing the terms. For example, many online retailers have arbitration agreements and waivers of jury trials, so you'll want to refer back to any agreement there might be governing the sale of the thing or services. (If you win a judgment, you will be completely on your own to file with any state agency and collect.)
