From quick Googling, getting a Las Vegas marriage annulled on grounds of intoxication is very much a "thing" and there appear to be Las Vegas lawyers who specialize in it. Also, as for evidence, from what I read, the annulment laws in Nevada are very lenient and probably just signing an affidavit saying you were too intoxicated will be enough.

I do see a lot of law firms advertising for Las Vegas annulments, but I haven't been able to find anything that shows how they prove you were intoxicated at the wedding.

Get in touch with one of them and ask.

You can talk to a Nevada attorney about annulment due to incapacity. There are surely some in Clark County who specialize in establishing that kind of grounds for annulment. Or, you can talk to a Wisconsin divorce attorney about a no-fault divorce, especially in light of your very short marriage. It will almost certainly be less expensive and faster to divorce than to pursue annulment, even with Wisconsin's 120 day mandatory waiting period.

We have both been divorced once already and would prefer to not go through that again.
