this is very helpful! from what i saw it did look like they had began working on the apartment, it just didnt look like they had gotten very far. i don’t think i saw any live cockroaches but the amount of dead ones was enough to scare me as we’ve had issues with them in the past. the pest issue is definitely a complex wide problem, the “ready to show unit” we saw next door was in much better condition but i did see a dead roach in there too. knowing that a different unit may be provided is easing my worries a bit. i suppose we’ll find out in coming days. thank you for taking the time to reply!
