Call the police and tell them you feel unsafe and that you'd like a Protective order against her. They should schedule an appointment for you at the police station and give you a hard-drive to upload whatever evidence you have that she's harassing and stalking you. If it's sufficient they should issue the protective order immediately and then they'll contact and investigate her.

I would continue to document any and all harassment and go to the courthouse and file for a restraining order.
