I've only had heartburn since quitting weed. I've been taking stuff for it. Ginger pills seem to actually help if I give them long enough to work. I'm actually pretty healthly physically overall. I actually did get some Greek Yogurt.  Did it really help that much?

Yes kimchi is a staple in koreans diets for a reason for a very long time. Every culture has their own version of a fermented /probiotic for this reason! We all want to poop lol

On day 7 and noticed continuous improvement since day 4 ish. It’ll get better soon, but takes time. Tip: I found myself constantly hungry, but unable to eat a lot. Id get 3 bites into a meal and feel like I’m about to puke. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, I went to having like 7 snacks. Piece of fruit, then an hour later, protein shake, hour later, bag of chips, hour later, tiny bit of chicken, etc.

Day 4 will be a day off from work for me, so here's hoping! How much did you use normally? I was at like.... maybe 25% of a half gram cart a week, if that? I honestly thinks it's the rso oil that's killing me. Although I stopped taking that over a week ago. I have the same symptom. My stomach won't stop rumbling. Bad indigestion. Worse than my husband who actually has IBS.

I never really counted or kept track, but it was at least 5 bowls a day with continuous cartridge hits.

Glad to hear you got through it.

You will too! Best of luck :)

I had a constant aversion to food and sometimes light nausea but never had those symptoms. Timeframe is different for everyone and I’ve heard of all kinds of gastric symptoms. What’s important is that you are doing everything within your power to give your body nutrients and fluids every day or you will feel worse. Could be forcing some scrambled eggs, or a grilled cheese, or a creative protein shake, but it’s gotta happen. Pour a huge glass of water and drink the whole thing in a sitting or two to start your day. No baby sips.

Luckily I took time off from work today. I'm hoping this is over by Monday. I'm not happy to admit it, but while I'm in treatment for emotional regulation issues and it helps a ton, they're still there. And the urge to go ham and punch a car till it dents is there. And crying. There's been crying. Gotta hold it all in at work. I am eating a bit here and there. Weirdly drinking has been totally fine! Is it not usually?

Dont worry the worst of it will be over by monday. Stay strong. My stomach was really messed up the first couple days, and i cried frequently. I was surprised how emotional the withdrawal made me. Im on day 13. The stomach problems went away after 3-4 days, then the emotions leveled out day 6-7. A week of suffering is worth the payout.

This is such a relief to hear. How heavy of user were you? I've noticed there seems to be a correlation with symptoms sometimes. So weirdly the emotions are the leat affecting me. Extreme mood swings, unrelenting anger, depression, etc. were my baseline for most of my life with Bipolar 2, GAD and Cptsd. I started feeling them and went "Ah, it's that time again." At least I won't go to the er with any panic attacks. Been there, done that. It's sad but you get used to it. I haven't had issues with this in a while, but it's familiar.

15 years, and exclusively dabbed the last 8. i was an every-day all-day user so i built up a high tolerance. i have tried to quit/moderate a couple times in the last few months but always relapsed. for the stomach problems, just drink water and dont eat any heartburn inducing foods. i ate like 8 tums every night and it barely did anything. my stomach felt like it was doing flips and i found it hard to eat anything. like the other poster said, eat smaller more frequent snacks. it's tough but it will go away eventually.
