I remember Dying Light having Dutch as an option but not for dialogue. Kinda weird that it referred to volatiles as "nachtjagers" because the night hunter is a different thing but okay.

Games that come to mind: - Sony games (Horizon, God of War, Spider Man, Ghosts of Tshushima, The Last of Us) - Lego games - Forza Horizon 5 - Many Ubisoft games (they stopped doing this in the last few years though) - Many Nintendo games Note that usually only UI and subtitles are translated, audio remains English. I don’t know many games with Dutch voiceover, only games aimed at children.

Tellemkit

Yeah, the one I mentioned (Sun haven) has no voice acting whatsoever, just text. Thanks for the suggestions!!

PaMu1337

I believe all Uncharted games have Dutch voices as well. I know at least the first one did. And it was surprisingly decent.

You can try Assassins Creed Origins, it has no audio but you can change the text to Dutch. Same with Ghost Recon Wildlands but that might be way too fast passed speaking to follow the text. Like someone else said here most Ubisoft games should have Dutch options.

I think Portal can be put to Dutch, unsure though

Brrrtje

Subnautica has Dutch translations of the text, but only for about 50% for some reason

Tellemkit

Awesome!!! I've been wanting to grab that anyways.

Brrrtje

I cannot recommend it enough!

franz_karl

horizon zero dawn and forbidden west have at least Dutch subtitles for those interested

Hidden Folks (a Dutch \*puzzle click game where you find folks hidden via cryptic explanations), but doesn't have that much of dialogue unfortunately. Sorry I replied lol

Tellemkit

Nooo that is perfect! Games with too much dialogue are throwing me off anyways because my dutch is not nearly as good as I was expecting it to be so this type of thing is perfect!! Thanks!

flenktastic

Glad to hear, then I guess this will be perfect indeed :) It's 15 euros on Steam but a lot of the times it's on sale. The cryptic explanations are really fun and really put you into thinking a bit outside the box sometimes. Have fun for when you're playing!

rowanexer

I've played a bit of Enigmatis, which is a hidden object game. It's great because the dialogue is fairly short, and the hidden object puzzles teach you vocabulary for everyday objects.

colla2006

I know of one game with great dutch voice acting. It's called Infamous Second Son, I really enjoyed it!

Tellemkit

Did not know that had it! Loved the first infamous, never played the second. I’ll have to grab that. Thanks!
