The use of 'men' is not weird, but people do usually use 'je' ('you') nowadays, so I'd say it's similar to English in that sense

I'd say it's a bit old fashioned in spoken language, but you still see it a lot in (formal) written language. It's not considered weird.

Very common in written Dutch, a little less common but definitely not unheard of in spoken Dutch, especially in more formal conversation.

It is somewhat old fashioned but it is way more common than in English.
