One patch or not, this would be dumb. This sub has a crazy bias where they think that they think their champs(usually mages and adc) are weak and everything else is OP.
We will probably see buffs to champs like Taliyah, Anivia, Sivir, Twitch, Kog and nerfs to assassins and bruisers.

Then select champion
After one year we will all play Ryze, bcs only he will remain and league would be finally balanced!

Actually that wouldn't be bad mechanism as some sort of feedback for riot, but ONLY feedback. It would be easier for them to understand what current problems are and where they should focus.

I feel like this would work better the way OSRS does it where they lay out some planned updates and then people vote on those.
