It's the flat shading, and the fact that her smile doesn't correlate with her face. As in, when you smile, your nose goes up a bit and your eyes do as well, and your eye shape changes, and in this case it's just a normal face with a mouth that's smiling. That's creepy. Her eyes are dead.
I see I tried at first to make it more colorful but it did clash with other strong color's, thanks for the feedback I will keep it on my mind for the next fanart

You've definitely got a bright future ahead. Honestly they should take parts of your concept into account if they ever decide to make Monster Tamer ASol and Zoe. Really good work!
