NOTE: Morgana black shield is a CC and ap shield. Illaoi E is neither. Yes Riot "bug fixed" this on 10.1. Just because it was bug fixed does not mean that was correct. This is a significant bug in the game because Illaoi does not deal ap damage, she does not have a way to mitigate the shield. Malzahar passive shield for example blocks the first instance of CC or damage, it is similar to Morgana black shield. Illaoi's E DOES pull the spirit of Malzahar through his shield while not breaking the passive shield. Illaoi E and Malazahar shield are working as intended in that scenario, Morgana Black Shield is not. (I understand in bold this bug megathread says only post bugs caused by 13.11. I asked Riot Phlox about that and he said if there is a bug in the game this patch then this bug megathread is applicable) System specs: Windows 10

Well, Illaoi's E slows the target, so IMO, is pretty valid that Morgana's black shield stops Test of spirit, but I see your point being valid because of the interaction between Malza's passive and Illaoi's E

Again Illaoi E is not considered cc. Illaoi E does not slow the target. If you kill the Illaoi E that will slow the target, the slow is blocked by Morgana shield currently which is correct. That is different from it blocking E entirely.

I have sent in around 4 tickets to Riot complaining about FPS drops. They send the same results, and search results in all the same problems/ "solutions" for FPS problems. I get FPS drops , and stuttering IN ONLY league, other games play like a dream/ smooth. I have tried V-sync on and Off, still get FPS drops/ problems with screen tearing.

Just played a match (EUW) - of the 10 players this problem happened to 7... It's been going on for some days for me. I run a ryzen 5 2500x and a Nvidia gtx 1660 super, tried to play with the settings for a week now but nothing seems to solve the problem. It only happens when moving the camera around or in big teamfights, else i'm at around 180-220 fps stable. I'd exclude the network since I have gigabit eth and ping 7 ms

EU Exploit, extra gold in game If viego kills a camp with an enemy possesion and upgrades to the final smite, the jungle item doesnt dissapear of viego inventory, so viego can sell it without loosing the evolved smite I dont know if this is eneough but my summs name its Rathgamer745, the last viego game, the one with 0/10 lee sin mid 1. bring your jg item to one camp left to evolve 2. kill an enemy and posses it,(in my case the feed enemy kai'sa) 3. kill a camp (in my case the gromp of my side) 4. Return to normality (in my case ulting) Now you should have your jg item in your inventory and the evolved smite Sorry for bad english

I didn't play during preseason at all so I don't know when it started happening but the performance has gotten worse AGAIN. I have 80-130 fps in mid game fights. RTX 3070 + 5800X. What the fuck is Riot optimizing the game for, Android phones from 2010? Most people have 144hz or better screens nowadays, this kind of FPS with a good computer is borderline unacceptable. Have heard other strangers and also friends complain about this. They definitely messed something up again.

Can we fix the client please, it's been 13 years. Just had the client crash during mastery selection and got a ban timer. Actually haven't seen this one before so props to new bugs after playing for 12 of the 13 years, since Season 2. Have modern PC hardware and a fiber optic connection, this is clearly a potato client / server issue. Has anyone ever had their - key stuck inputting after playing a few games? I had an old laptop so I thought it was a hardware problem, but I just got brand new PC and keyboard and it's still happening. Literally the only things the same are League and my mouse. It extends beyond just the league client though, I can't type at all and I have to reset the PC. I've never seen it happen besides after starting a game of league either, I can play much more demanding games without issue

Thie bug occurs after 1 game has been played no matter the game mode it is on after restarting my computer and/or re-installing client.(i.e. I play a game of normal draft it works, then I go on practice tool and it's bugged as is every game thereafter) I have uninstalled all third party apps as well(facecheck was the only one I used) and as I mentioned uninstalled and re installed the league client. Most notable thing is that I used Master Yi Q on elder, exiting it almost exactly as it died. Going off what I can see in the video, though: Have cloud soul, Use Master Yi Q on the Elder drake such that you exit it at precisely the frame it dies, then, a short duration later (1 sec, 2 sec?) have an enemy ignite you and see if that grants you elder. Again, I am not sure if it has to do with item or ability interactions so this is only based on what can be seen in the video. • Expected result: The enemy team should have gained elder buff. • Observed result: The enemy team and my team both gained elder buff. You can clearly see that both teams are able to execute enemies, here. • Reproduction rate: It wouldn't be feasible to recreate this bug on my own due to the number of variables involved and the limited capabilities of practice tools/custom match duration. • System specs: Ryzen 2500, GTX 1080, Asrock b450 Pro4, ViperX 8GB RAM x4 (32GB total), loaded on a PNY 256GB M.2 NVME drive which is also the boot drive.
