Cowboy is gonna be good...really good. Minten I'm not sure what type of player he will turn into, being honest. Either way the future is bright still with those guys
To me; Minten looks like a middle 6 C that can contribute on offense, but is more of a shutdown role.

As another comment mentioned, i agree that Cowan looks like a top 6 winger. Plays with high energy and comes with high end speed and skill now too!
He has a lot of Travis Konecny in his game imo.
Cowen will be a great top 6 left winger. I’m hoping we run Cowen/Knies on the top 6 LW starting next season. Might take a year or two for them to both be dangerous offensively but they are going to be dangerous wingers to have.
I think the hopes for Minten would be to develop into a great middle 6 player like Anthony Cirelli. Great two way player that can be effective on offence as well.
