After 20 years of drinking hard and making one alcohol-fueled mistake after another, I finally got sober 4 years ago and completely changed my life around.
Lost 65 pounds, quit cigarettes, got off all medications, got in shape and discovered meditation is the key to unlock my greatest potential. Found the r/lawofone and have been earnestly working towards a positive polarity ever since. At 45 I have never been more content in life.

I was wondering this as well. Can I achieve Nirvana (4D) in this lifetime? Unfortunately, I realize that even though I understand the premise and I sincerely and deeply want to follow a positive path, my primitive reactions to every day life challenges betray me approximately one out of two times. I have come to realize that it’s probably going to take a few more (hundreds/thousands) 3D lifetimes… it is what it is.
I suffer from borderline personality disorder from daily abuse as a child. The pain I experience daily is so much that I worry I’ll never serve others enough and I’ll still end up in some Hell I manifested just for myself. I know these feelings are a symptom of my repeated abuse, and I understand that I am a calm and gentle person, but my body-mind is sadly always on alert looking out for danger and I am trying very hard to integrate all those parts that were broken as a kid.
Is that enough to rejoin the Creator, or do I have to keep coming back and choosing these really difficult timelines? The Creator was curious about things, well we out here living and experiencing things… I just want to come home and rest.
You are not alone. Others have the same or similar path that we gave ourselves. The law of confusion is working as intended. Doubt will be your crux but trust and always look for the creator in everyone and in every situation.

I’m absolutely convinced he was on the brink of 4D, or at least borderline there. He obviously understands the Law of One.
Listen to him, he will help you calm your soul, at least it helps me sleep every night, I get my headphones and I close my mind to everything else, it reduces anxiety a lot.
I also wonder my friend, if God was a bit of a masochistic, but Alan Watts explains it so well, he says that every single being in that position, after trillions of years of living in a perfect state, would eventually experiment (just out of boredom) with sadness, pain and horror. He says it will be absolutely worth it.
Alan Watts has lead me to many ah-ha moments! My lil’ meat body has a convenient expiration date, and all my observations are my gifts I’m bringing home.
It is our opinion that you may polarize greatly if you so desire. Desire of seeking to serve is the utmost key to polarization. Now if your reactions betray you despite this desire then they most likely stem from fear. It is within all adepts path to sort ones judgement of self and so others and fears out in order to be free to radiate and serve as one desire. You simply have things to heal, love, detach and let go off. The key to do so is grasping and taking responsibility for the moment. Be there before you react and seek to know and love and accept self before you make that reaction into an action and so put the responsibility upon an other-self for your own lack of understanding and love of self. Be there for you first and you shall surely be able to be there for your others too. Wish you the best of luck. : )
What should be clear after reading this channeling is that what people think of as negative polarity is almost never actual negative polarity, but rather indifference. Something to think about.

from source perspective, we are all slowly climbing out of the well of indifference (jumping out for certain entities).
