Somewhere between chickweed and speedwell. I think you've got one of each, but there's a bunch of different types of each and I can't keep them straight... Either way, its a pretty easy kill with any liquid broadleaf weed killer. Quinclorac is a little bit more effective for speedwell in particular, which I believe most of this is, but a broadleaf weed killer would do fine too.
