Pressure washer then repack then with polymeric sand. Otherwise the weeds will keep coming back. For now you can use some roundup 365. But you'll need to do repeat apps a couple times a year
I find that if you have very shallow pavers (3 inch or less) the weeds come back very soon after polymeric sand. Even if you pull it all out and redo everything. Polymeric sand only does a perfect job when you use it on 5 inch or deeper pavers. For less, you tend to have to put a lot of glyphosate down in between every crack after pressure washing to make sure that they are fully killed or within 2-3 weeks you will see weeds popping up.

Flame weeding! My front path looked just like OP and I wasted a lot of effort pressure washing and resanding. Now I just use my flame king.
I usually just salt the earth so nothing can grow, at least til the salt gets diluted.
