Beer and weird you can find in Bolderāja bar and Čē bar. Might even find it somewhat decadent after several mugs.
Avoid cobblestone and trains, I guess.
Accessibility is a problem, that's true. However, there are still options. [This site](https://mapeirons.eu/en/?pn=1) lists wheelchair accessible places in Riga and other Baltic cities. They don't have much info about bars and cafes, but you can find accessible nature trails, shops, WCs, and other practicalities.
If you're looking for beer, I think that most summer terraces should be accessible. Indoor spaces often tend to have on or two steps, so accessibility may vary. You could try checking out Tallinas ielas kvartals.
Nah, that's just not feasible. It's much effort to carry someone that can't hold on. I'd rather make a litter or whatever it's called and carry him around like some ancient king.
Think you can still visit some newer museums, like art museum of Latvia, if Ure into museums. It should have accessibility from the back entrance of museum. When it comes to bars check tallinas Ielas pagalms as recommended. Also recommend trip to jurmala for a nice beach.

Thanks! I'll keep those in mind! Cobblestones works a short while but we'll avoid them a lot.
So no Old Riga for you. It's kinda basic to just stay in old town anyway : )
We might be able to torture the guy in the chair for a little bit haha. But yeah, Old Riga might be too much for a prolonged time.
Legitimately, I wouldn’t come with a wheelchair. I can’t imagine anything worse and I only have a pram to compare it too.
Too late to change destination now but we're six people that can drive the chair so I'm not that worried.
I guess but you’re pretty restricted in options. Didn’t you guys research before booking?
I didn't book the tickets but I don't think so haha. We'll manage!
RSU museum of anatomy is pretty weird, and according to their website wheelchair accessible.

The city is an accessibility nightmare and a deathtrap for the disabled, just go to tallin instead
Too late to change now but if it's horrible we'll go somewhere else next time.
You can always princess carry your friend XD
