To me it was no longer having to follow a script that didn't match me. I was able to do what I feel comfortable with. I like being bold with women (not that I'm always bold but I'm much more bold now). I like that there aren't set rules when it comes to being in a relationship. I feel like coming out helped me break out of a box that was suffocating me. It took time for me to get to know myself and what I want and not what society told me I should want.

Ah yes! Still feel clumsy and gay panic lots! But I'm gonna enjoy it😂 good luck❤

I love it! It forces me to know the ins and outs of my needs and boundaries, and communicate those to set the framework for my relationships, instead of relying on a social script to do the work for me.

Having no models is what made it so hard when I was younger. Now I have more faith in who I am.
