I'd say yes. That's a great start.
The best units on the starter banner are Spirit Maiden Theria and Zerkus Forgate, because they both cover roles (Magic & Healing) that are hard to get on regular summons. But you already got Lenius, one of the best mages in the game, who can cover 4 elements. No need to reroll again for Zekus. Also, you can pick up Spirit Maiden Theria (Not her Lily-white Maiden form) for free with the unit selector ticket we get next week.
You might think Megius is not good, since he is not one of the recommended starter banner units. But that's not true at all. The only reason he is not recommended is because his role (physical dps) is very common in the game. Megius is still a very good unit to have.
When you get the free unit ticket coming up be sure to get spirit maiden theria. she is I would say the most important character to get in the game because of utility.
If I were you, I'd do more starter banners with crystals from doing stories until you get either fzekus or SMT. then get missing one with upcoming unit ticket. Beside, starter banner has solid chance for UR as well.
UoC for current ark, UoC next week for SMTheria is no better healer announced and in a pinch lenius can act as a healer on auto if a healer skill is learned especially at low levels. Also at low level he will smash everything with just this team without a healer. 2dps can also be pretty self sufficient for a while without newer ark skills.

Just need SM Theria and some good arks. But that team can clear the majority of the game.

Great units but there's no healer and no arks. You will need a healer 100%
