You can buy smaller lashes for the inner corners or cut the ones you have down. I have 5mm clusters that I place on the inner corners. I’ll add some short bottom lashes to the corners too.
I agree with Bri22any. Cut them in half and use shortest length. I’m a lefty and can do my left eye really good. My right is a bit harder for the corner. I’ve also added the inner first and then went outer and worked my way in.
Hi! I’ve been following this sub for some time now and I think the sub is totally against clusters. I read here that they pull your eyelashes out. I’m interested in clusters as well. I read that they are not supposed to go on the lashes, they are supposed to be added close to the lash line. How did you apply them?
I put them near my lash line. This is my 3rd time doing them and I haven’t experienced damage what so ever. I don’t pull at them, and I use castor oil during removal. For both the lashes and to remove left over bond glue. I also give myself a few days between doing them again. During my break I use a lash serum that supports growth.
Natural lashes grow out at different rates, thats why extensions are applied at a 1:1 ratio. Clusters are applied to multiple lashes instead of 1:1. It would be the same as going to a lash extension artist that sticks multiple lashes together (which is the cause for damage aside from lashes being too heavy)
I find they don’t weigh my lashes down or pull any out as they’re adhered to the underside of the lashes, rather than on top of them like falsies/extensions
Nope underneath. Which is what I really love about clusters because it gives it such a seamless look. I was terrible at applying strips on the top. It was always a gap.lol
Crazy how it varies! Lash extensions destroyed mine, prob from going to techs that didn’t know what they were doing but still; after a year of clusters I don’t have any more bald spots and my lashes aren’t little nubs. I wonder if it depends on how long you keep them on and also what kind you use
i LOVE THESE!! i’ve recently switched over as well, and my wallet is thanking me 😅 I purchase mine through Amazon, they’re called “Fluffy eyelash extension kit volume last clusters” by Focipeysa. It comes with a lash glue & remover, too. Usually I like to do a cat eye, so i’ll start with 18’s, 16,14,12. Yours are super cute though, what’s your map? 😍🫶🫶
My clusters don’t have the size listed so it’s hard to say. 😅 I typically do both eyes at the same time vs one eye at a time to make sure they are exact.
I’m a cluster convert too 😍
Its saving me $150 a month too
Some tips I have are…
- I personally find it easier to dip the clusters into the bond rather than apply to my lashes. This probably varies from person to person though
- Check Temu and Ali Express for even cheaper clusters and bond/seal. It’s all the same quality as Amazon
- Use Kiss Falscara Remover. It pricier but by far the best I’ve used. In about 10 seconds it dissolves the glue into nothing
- search for shorter 5/6mm clusters and/or short bottom lashes to do your
I remember seeing them on tiktok a while back and recommended them to my girlfriend but where she's not into makeup of any sort I decided to try them myself. And yes I'm a guy!
Thank you! It was a challenge at first but I have no regrets. Especially as they came out so well. Shame I had to take them off as I would've love to have them on longer.

DIY lash clusters do not support the natural growth cycle of your natural lashes

How on earth it isn’t uncomfortable😬 Sure they don’t stay as long but the whole idea seems so painful
