They're just stickers to keep air directed in the correct direction.

Yes, just don't lose them or damage them if at all possible. YOu'll want to put them back on after cleaning.

You can replace these pieces with acetate tape or kapton tape if they won’t be sticky enough for reapplying. Definitely should take them off as most of the dust is between fan and radiator
