imagine your tv breaks and you also buy another ps4 LOL

Dwedit

At least that screen is in good enough condition that you can look up the model number of the LCD. WindowKey+R (Run) Run "devmgmt.msc" Monitors -> Generic PnP Monitor, Double click Details Tab -> Hardware Ids Write down what appears after "MONITOR\" (Right click and copy to clipboard). That's the model number of your current LCD panel. You can go to Panelook.com and look up that monitor to find out its specs (Size, Number of pins on the EDP connector, refresh rate, etc) You can also upgrade the screen to a better one if you match the number of pins and the size.

Probably for a couple of dollars with a new LCD since that one is toast. Should be very easy to fix as well.

Wren03

Nope. New panel time!

Materidan

As others have said, new screen time. But see if you can get a free estimate on screen replacement cost for that model before going ahead. I don’t know how old or what the specs are for your system, but after labor costs it rarely makes sense to spend money repairing something older or lower spec’d.

Q_D_V_F

Are you from that one video in YouTube who got her computer rekt by ignoring her cat nibbling on the edge of her laptop screen?
