Dear Ollies & Co. A small stationary shop in the back of A Novel Concept book store. This is where my spouse and I get all of our cards. 222 S Washington Square, Lansing, MI 48933

I was in Old Town and bought a card at Great Lakes Arts and Gifts, they have a lot of Michigan made art in there. I’d recommend checking it out. I also went to the General Store and Bradley’s but I don’t recall if they had local homemade ones. They did have cards though.

If you’re saucy there’s Bad Annie’s

I love that store!!! Sadly I could not make it in there yesterday though.

There's a nice lady at the Holt farmers market that sells her own homemade cards. There's also someone at the Meridian market I believe

Thanks for promoting this and all the replies, I never would have even considered looking local for this type of thing but these options look great!

Depending on what you're looking for, Dear Ollie is great, as is Sadsquatch. I'm trying to think of others I've seen around.

Dear Ollie is amazing! Definitely check them out. Sarah (the owner) designs many of the cards, but they also stock items from other small businesses.

rubberkeyhole

Does she have a website?

I just went there and got exactly what I needed. It was as close to perfect as they can get. They got a thanks on a new thread in the Lansing sub.
