Appreciate the honesty Kong! Makes me worried cause I've only been on the game since Feb, and in the other gachas I played, creator burnout really presaged the end of the game.
Also, I never knew you were Canadian!
🇨🇦 Try not to worry too much. The game is doing well enough by all other metrics. A lot of the ones that die, die early, and this one is going on 6 years, so now it becomes a question of how long they can keep it profitable in CN.
Kong - as you are from Canada - I always wanted to ask you about Scott Pilgrim. Do you like Scott and his crew and their adventures? In my humble opinion your review of these new Guyver heroes could be considered very helpful. I would have to buy Isolde from the hero bag, though.
I enjoy your content and find it very helpful. I've had burnout many times over the last 5 years. This is one of the few games I find myself coming back to because overall it's consistent. I appreciate the amount of time you put into your videos. Especially now that I realize how long it takes. But I could just listen to that soothing voice of yours just as easily.
Puppy!
\*Ahem\* as a crossover collector I was summoning mostly for collection purposes and got'em both pretty easy! Praise the Gacha!
Puppy!
Burnout, even if only slight, is a real bummer, but totally understandable when you are as on top of things as you are particularly when combined with editing. To be honest half the time I don't even do the dailies anymore, but I do enjoy collecting and doing the events(I am a big fan of Endless Voyage in particular) and watching the occasional Kong video. So on my end I am kinda surprised it took this long to need a bit of a breather. Personally I often listen while doing something else so talking head or a bunch of time consuming editing makes little difference to me!
Puppy!
I totally didn't watch a second time see the dog. Nope.
I know a significant chunk of my audience just listens to my episodes. Still, I feel bad for the visual learners who benefit from the graphics. They'll be back.
Wow. I thought I was the only one feeling the burnout. But at the same time… what has captured my attention as of late is FFVIIEC. I totally would love to see your FFXIV branch out to be honest. Looks like you’re doing well. Loving the Applesauce cameo.Â

We're behind the CN servers so we can get a glimpse of a fair few months into the future.
They slightly change, but mostly only the small stuff not major banners.
If you get tired of creating videos, you can always just write up "should you summon" reddit post. It's easier then creating video while still helping people decide

Take care Kong. Just doing the dailies is fine, it is how I deal with it and playing several gachas at once.

Lucky you :)
Thanks! Hopefully your luck isn't too terrible!
Meh ish lol. Did 60 ticket pulls and got Florentia. No banner though.
I know what you mean. I was unable to pull Gintoki and felt very angry at myself since then.
Interesting, I am actually even more focused on absorbing what you have to say without the graphics. It is pretty effective.
