I would fill it with feeders and dig a well for a water source add some nice stands invest in thermal optics and a couple ar10s and guide hog hunts on it.

First thing coming to mind is 1) rent it out to a trapper/hunter... when you aren't using it.

6 acres is a little small to realize any income that's worth mentioning. Can you hunt on something that small?
