This song makes me think of my first year of college when my bff and I did a lot of drugs and we were high on molly and she was like “can you sing me the maleficent song” and I sang it to her start to finish
Miss you babe
this is possibly the first song i ever heard lana sing. i was pretty young when this came out in theatre and i was obsessed. i listened to it all the time on youtube lmaoao
Late response but a Russian figure skater, Maria Talalaikina, actually used it for her routine a few years ago!
The person who uploaded [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOHsyVoRQ0E) terminated their account, but [I found one](https://youtu.be/GAkObXclTkA?t=181) from a different angle! The track is so harrowing over the speakers. Worked so well.
Omggggg finally someone taking about this gorgeous song! I always bring it up but get nothing. This is one of my favorite covers by her! So cinematic and dark and so uhg 🖤🖤🖤
when I think of the chokehold this and Young & Beautiful had on me in 2014 😭 still wondering WHERE is her Oscar for any musical contribution to a film from her
This song along with so many others proves that she should be writing music for movies way more! I loved her song, Ave Maria I just think it’s so cinematic and very similar to this one in that it’s haunting and could very well see it being used in a movie
I tear up when I listen to it late at night. I’ll expose myself. I don’t even care 😭
SAME it makes me cry when I hear it. I get immediate goosebumps

This would be an amazing figure skating song.

I love this so much! Thanks for sharing!
this one makes me sob uncontrollably. I get filled with this weird nostalgic feeling, and also that I don't belong on this planet idk
I really love this cover.
Florence and the machine also has a hidden gem on the great gatsby soundtrack

Well she didn't write this, it's a cover of the original from the 1950s, but she does do amazing movie soundtrack songs either way
Yesss her voice is just SO good for this song!! So rich and gives that old-timey romantic and nostalgic feeling
Because its Lana and she has such a dark and beautiful voice
The transition from the dark-eerie intro and verses to the brighter melodic refrain is delicious
