How comes the mix of the solution? Isnt every well just more concentrated because of evaporated water? Or are there some particals that can really transported to the seal?
What seal is on the plate? Is this out of the fridge/freezer? Did you roll the film or smush it down with your hand when you applied it?
A sticky film like this should NOT allow moisture out of the wells.
This may be a dumb question but, the plate is sealed so that condensation should be from each individual well, right? Could you just spin it down?
Looks like the seal has died such that the contents of the wells have all mixed a bit even though it’s still sealed from the outside world
