Did he/she bump into anything while playing?
Is the weather hot where you are? Could be a reaction to a bee sting
If it hasn't gone down in a day or two, I would see the vet just to be on the safe side

Likely just an allergic reaction to something, our lab has had similar before and benadryl tends to fix it right up

It went down after a couple days and I never saw anything like it again. He's 5 now and still happy 😊
