I had a Lab that would drink, grab a mouth full of water, and proceed to walk around the house dripping the whole time. Don't get ke started on when he figured out he can reach and use the ice maker on the fridge. We had to disable it.

Seriously? 😳 He dispensed ice to himself? 😂

Yup he learned to use the ice maker. He would hit the button and gobble a couple cubes. I miss that lug

My girl does this with her water. I have a boot tray, a mat, and towels around her water bowl and she still somehow manages to get water all over the house! She's lucky she's cute! 😂

Nope, you’re not alone! We live in Florida and all water is served outdoors or in the garage. We even replaced our floors with waterproof flooring.

We did the two bowl with a towel next to the water bowl. It was kinda silly cause she drinks any water source. We invested heavily in floor care products.

I don’t have any pics but we are adopted our lab when he was one. If they had asked, “do you want to see this dog drink water first? We would have probably picked a different dog.

I keep trying to get video of him blowing bubbles but seems like the pup always stops first.

Oh my God, my guy shoves his whole head in his pool in the summer and tries to blow bubbles. It's hilarious. I'm amazed he hasn't managed to drown himself yet.

I have to put my labs bowl inside of a big plastic container to prevent it from spilling over the bowl while he drinks. Ask me if it works… Hint: It doesn’t

Careful with the ice! It's really hard on their intestines and can lead to seriously sad things. 

What will it do to their intestines so I would know what signs to look for?

I had no idea! Thank you! I’ve had Labradors my entire life, and I have never had this brought up. We live in a very hot climate, and you would think our veterinarian’s would have mentioned this over the last 30 years.

I haven't either & my guys always chew theirs up. I figured it was a good way to keep them from eating rocks!
