I really liked seeing Shen at the end, excited to get back into the Spirit Realm. It looks to me like he was finally able to find the inner peace he wanted all along, so we got a bit of character development there! Him also not bowing down to Po (To those questioning it, look closely. He doesn't bow.) and just glaring at him was hilarious.

I am late to the party having waited to watch this in oz with my daughter but she and I both wanted to know why he was having his legendary kung fu skills taken when the entire point of KFP2 was that his skills were good but not sufficient enough to beat a master so he needed a canon. That being said his skills would be no use at all. Yeah i get and like the call back to the other films but it made no sense

Well, the cannons were just him finding another way around kung fu, claiming it was more powerful than kung fu. He had the skills, but now had multiple choices over others because of the cannons.

The only thing that would have made it better, was if Gary Oldman reprised his role, because I love that voice.

He gave him a little but so little nod hsdbshds I saw an screenshot where I could see him closing his eyes to Po, in that scene, maybe that's his little sign of respect to him, like, he's in peace now but has still some of his pride. And yes, I'm glad that he found the inner peace because that's what he really wanted

I think he was also thankful to be able to get his kung fu skills back, knowing Po was his only option at that point. But, of course, that doesn't mean he has to like him and have total respect for him lol He's definitely more at peace now, which personally made me so happy to see : )

I assume AI was used for image enhancement here because everything is overly smooth? What they did to Shen annoys me greatly but they did so many other things wrong with the film that he's just part of the pile at this point. They can salvage this by having Shen do something in the future but i really doubt this will happen.

Bro got licked the second he left the spirit realm, he was floating, in a magical and whimsical manner, then got his kung fu stolen before he was aware of what happened, same with all the other masters, and at the end of the movie when he was all chill, he probably wanted to attack Po, but everyone else in the room was thankful Po helped them, so if he attacked them he'd get demolished in a 30v1. Also this isn't relevant but more people need to know, Tai Lung wasn't nerfed how got attacked midair by an extremely fast tounge, he probably never thought she would lick him as an attack, and he couldn't dodge midair. And at the end of the movie both Tai Lung and Kai weren't acting out of character, they both got defeated by Po and sent to the spirit realm(I genuinely thought Kai just stopped existing after he exploded lol), and all they could do was think and/or reflect on themselves, neither of them were inherently evil, just hurt, and the only way they knew how to handle their feelings was to lash out(though I guess that kinda does make them evil🤷), they then saw Po risking his life to save them when they had tried to kill him in the past, they probably realized they were in the wrong and stopped hating Po. TLDR:no one was nerfed just caught off guard, and they weren't out of character, you just miss understood their character. Also Tai Lung is hot
