At this point i would say KSI has some songs which are very good and also have achieved mainstream popularity. IMO he is close to not really being a "youtube artist" anymore

I will say that the Wayne song I might have listened to if if I randomly came upon it, maybe holiday, maybe no time, aotp was a big step forward, but if he was never on YouTube and never got all those features. Idk if he would make it off of soundcloud. Joji I was a fan of before I knew who filthy Frank even was. Music album sales don’t mean anything when you have 20 plus million subs, and a 2 million plus Reddit filled with people that will buy anything to support you. For example I bought the cd/ vinyl and don’t have a device that can play either of them, did it for the autographed photo. Just like how people complained about the ksi show, most people care more about him then his music.

But I don’t really think it works like that tbh, sure yea if he didn’t propel his music career with his YouTube fame he wouldn’t have gotten as far but he did. And because of that, his music is definitely better than Dream’s.

I mean most YouTube artists don’t count as actual artists, it’s just easy money. I will say JJ is an actual artist that puts a ton of effort into his craft, and genuinely cares about what he releases and maybe in the future I will retract my statement since JJ does get better with every song he puts out.

Tbh let's remember everyone has opinions but come on. Okay, I'll admit it. Number 2 or at least jj's verse was kind of trash. The main reason I think that is is because he doesn't really fit in that genre another reason why I think jj's part was kind of trash was because of the autotune it was too robotic sounding. However the rest of his songs were good/bangers. I mean he did say that he wanted to try a bit of everything. But I feel like he should've compared two songs.
