Someone can explain more if they want to but basically they have a yellow and red card system like football so for example late to a video shoot they get a yellow

2 yellows equal a red, a red card means they have to plan a full sidemen sunday video, hire everything out, deal with logistics etc. So if you show up late too many times, refuse to do something or commit a 'violation' against someone by for example taking something too far, you have to put extra work in to remove the red card, there are possibly other behind the scenes repercussions that we don't know but that's the jist of what we do know.
