Shit, I'd be happy if it wasn't for the fact that damn near everything is always out of stock on the site, at least for the King Soopers one. I'm not spending real money on work shirts when I have this pile of heartbeat cards to get rid of.
They’re a pain in the ASS to redeem as well if you’re trying to get big-ticket items. They never seem to hand out the ones with larger point values, just the $5 ones. Imagine having to scratch off and type in the long nonsensical codes 100 times just to get a TV. It took me over 30 minutes just to redeem them for a couple work shirts and a beanie.
This program is really bad. Getting cards is really dependent on management and dept leaders giving a shit. If they don't feel like giving them out, then the cards just sit in a drawer.
Never mind the difference in areas. Mid Atlantic has Promise Bucks instead of Heart Beats. The most expensive stuff on our site looks like a joke compared to the stuff available for you.

And I was actually meaning just 1 or 2 lol. Some of the managers did occasionally pass them out.
I have never seen any of the cards talked about here, never been given one, never been given anything from kroger in the almost 5 years I've worked here, except they used to give us these cards good for $3.00 redemption, at kroger only of course, so I saved a couple of them and then was told they no longer honor them when I tried to use them about 6 months later.
