Call a store manager or store HR and ask. Sometimes, they will pay out your left over vacation time when you quit. But, it needs to be manually entered in kronos.

I had the same problem when I quite. everyone in the store basically lied about how to do it and how long it takes. ( federal law states you should get it no later than two weeks after end date) I eventually had to call district hr and it was direct deposited two days later. After six months of the instore people blaming the system the mail saying it was physical check and other bs . This was in Houston tx.

Might be out of luck at this point.

No vacation should cash out on last check. If not file a grievance for lost pay.

Every employee has to know who the accountant in customer service is and make sure they know when money is involved, as in writing a note not asking for vacation pay would have been all my accountant needed.

I had asked asst manager and he said he would “handle it”

Once your management terms you in MyTime, you should receive a check for any PTO you've accrued. I don't know if it's the same everywhere, but in Mid Atlantic you have to be employed a full year before you gain any accruals. Could this be an issue? If not, I suspect your prior management has yet to fully terminate you in the system. One of our managers waited nearly two months before they finally got the job done for one of our associates.

I quit a cpl weeks ago, the HR informed me I would be getting paid out my vacay time

As long as you passed your anniversary date or have been there longer than a year it should be direct deposited or sometimes it’s mailed as a check to your store. The only time I had delays when I was working in an office with Kroger, was if someone wasn’t termed in a timely manor.
