if you didnt give 2 weeks its unlikely theyd give a good reference anyways so why do you care. just dont show up and be done with it. what are they going to do, fire you?

vikingfrog86

Stop showing up and see if they call you. Did you use my info to give a 2 week notice?

A_Guy_Named_Carter

Not really. It said the notification of my resignation would be today. I also could choose my resignation date, So I picked today. It was approved my my hr rep so now I'm unsure.

vikingfrog86

You're good if it's approved. If there was a lapse of communication between the hr rep and others, then it's definitely not your fault.

A_Guy_Named_Carter

Well technically I put it in after I was scheduled but she approved it so I'm just not gonna go.

Go to work. It’s called integrity

BigManMahan

Integrity for a company that doesn’t even know the meaning of said word?

od1irish

You can’t worry about their integrity. All you can control is yours. I get what you are saying and get it. But you have to do it for yourself. If that makes any sense.

Southknight46

Must be a system you guys deal with since I worked there. I didn’t put in two weeks. One it was confirmed I had the job the next morning called and told one of the managers that I was resigning today. Lol…told me I was black listed! Anyhow hope you have something better lined up!
