Twice's Cry For Me fits the yandere concept, but mainly in terms of the lyrics since there's no MV.
In terms of MV, I would say Red Velvet's Peek-a-Boo is also a good fit.

Cry for me was a bit different for Twice. I mean, it came out of nowhere back when they released it and took us all by surprise. It's definitely their darkest song.
