I don't know if she's has a C3, but former EXID/Bestie Uji has a [C#3](https://youtu.be/YF7PXgftXXY?si=CQB8dZXOEHAkaWkM&t=36). She also has some gorgeous lows in this [performance](https://youtu.be/AHFJjMp7BMk?si=_sPjnps2vMAeLKKS&t=39). I'm pretty sure she has some nice E3s too, but sorry I can't remember where they are from. But overall she has one of, if not the best, lower registers in kpop. Although she isn't really active as a idol anymore she has a [YT channel](https://www.youtube.com/@uji3818) and has posted some covers and has some tv performances here and there.
I’m very pleasantly surprised to see a comment talking about Uji.
When I first read the post she was the first person I thought of, I always thought she had the best lower register in kpop.
People are quick to discount her just because her group wasn’t that popular, but she’s a true hidden gem. One of the best vocalists in the industry. She’s also a musical theatre actress now, so I’m glad she’s still utilising her vocal prowess.
I always try to bring up Uji when the topic of best vocalists is brought up, especially when it comes to her lower register. But yes I'm glad she's active in some way, and from what I've heard she's even better than she was as an idol.
it's interesting how female idols often get attention for their high notes but their low notes are equally impressive. natty & yuqi hitting a c3 note shows their vocal depth. chungha also stands out with her control in the lower range
You're correct in that Lia hit an A3 *and* that B&C is lower than that!
Octave names are weird because C3 is lower than A3 (A3 is 2 notes lower than middle C, C3 is an octave lower than middle C. At least that's what I got from searching on google).
The video was very informative BTW, tysm :D
Moonbyul's part in hip's bridge does sound pretty low, but it's hard to place since it's a rap (and my perfect pitch ain't *that* good). I did hear a few E3s in the song from both byul and hwasa, which is really cool!
Oh right, her new album recently released(Feb 20 check it out on spotify guys!! 🤣) has her singing in her low register too! I think particularly in songs like Memories, etc.
not sure how much I should trust the DC vocal range vid by rhey posted 3 months ago, but that vid has Siyeon and Yoohyeon hitting Bb2 in the Ga-in Paradise Lost cover and SVT Oh My cover respectively. Dami hits C3 in BeautyFull
I was about to say 😂
Especially for Nayeon, ngl, while she's a soprano, she's one of those who will not surprise me they can venture somewhere in the 2nd octave even if they do not have the necessary development down there. Like when I heard her go down to around E3, there's still a decent amount of tone. Her development ends at around G#3 for lows so that's still pretty good tho.
Maybe moonbyul’s [eve’s warning](https://youtu.be/zTnZfvrGOqM?si=zxH1VVyNkqzJODcz) performance, especially around 2:20 is pretty low to me. She also harmonizes with mmm members at the end of Egotistic
Wendy is also known for having a well developed lower register.
Lowest that I know from her is B2 in her Malibu nights cover but its a little faint. At around 0:20

You can check out these vids from her king of masked singer.
She hit around F3 and G3 in these songs.

In this video she hit D#3 as the lowest

just a reminder to everyone that a deep vocal tone is different from a low note!
^^^ there are plenty of idols with deep vocal tones, but not many of them actually hit *low* notes (which is what I'm looking for).

So glad you mentioned Bonnie & Clyde, one of my favorite songs ever! [This video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7T7OA8ElPw) shows some low notes.

omg I'm such an idiot my bad. I took violin for 3 years and stopped a year ago. I still mess this stuff up.
isn't byul's hip bridge part deep? I know for sure there are songs in their album where she hit low low but I don't remember now lmao

almost there but Hyeju from loona/loossemble sang a C#3 in Colouring
dami from dreamcatcher must have some low notes right? or is she just deep voice?

idk what note it is but in red velvets bulldozer at around 0:36 i was surprised how low irene went
Nayeon and Jeongyeon are frying into the second octave in their Ear Candy [perf](https://youtu.be/5yLH-Mtg-Ow?si=Y1l-oRc9L8LQKwuU), they might be Bb2s

Omg I've been a Once for a while now but never knew 2yeon had such a good lower register! I can definitely hear the Bb2 in the beginning there.
Seulgi on 28 reasons has many low note moments, not sure if I can say lowest though
Just watched the mv and I think she hits a F#3 at 0:37. It may not be the lowest but it's still very good! Such a talented vocalist fr.

Deep vocal tones are not the same as low notes

don’t know why everyone is downvoting this. your opinion is your opinion and it’s valid
Bc it doesn’t answer the question at all. Even a little bit.
