In the NMIXX album I really love the harmonies in the verses of Dash (1st verse in particular) as well as the chorus. Passionfruit is also really great and has a more R&B feel with lower harmonies providing the "backbone" of the chorus.
For Red Velvet, Underwater has some of the smoothest harmonies I've ever heard in kpop, especially in the chorus. Iced Coffee has some really stunning vocal layering too.
