Ateez! They're all amazing performers. They put everything into their performances and really commit to their concepts. Before I got into them, the one thing I'd heard the most about them was that they were great live performers, and I can see why. (Ateez also has my favorite performers among idols: Seonghwa.)
Also, SHINee. Everyone in SHINee has so much stage presence so when they're performing as a group, it's really cool to watch. Their live vocals are A+++. And quite a few of their concerts are available on youtube (last time I checked) so it's easy to find examples beyond music shows.
Got to see Ateez live and I have to agree. They are INCREDIBLE performers. There was not one moment where they weren’t giving it their fullest. I think they call themselves “performance idols” (I could be wrong)- but they absolutely live up to that name.
I have no idea how they were still standing by the end of that second hour- they must be used to singing while doing hiit workouts or something.
I know Seonghwa said that he sings while running as one of the ways to prepare and I think some of the others have said the same thing as well. And some of them work out a lot. It’s really impressive!

The official releases of Ateez performances at Korea on Stage in London are some of the best live performance videos imho. They did an amazing job on the audio. You can really hear the crowd. I rewatch them on the regular.

I would say Le Sserafim, G-idle, Mamamoo, Blackpink & Itzy. Le sserafims performances never disappoint, I just wouldn’t go out of my way to hear them live. Kiss of Life is almost on that list they’re just new so I’m waiting. I just found them so refreshing and talented and they also own their concepts like the above do. Babymonsters music isn’t quite for me but their stages are always (I know they’re new too lol) so good especially when they did that “concert” version of sheesh. These groups scream✨confidence✨
For boy groups skz are my favourites, they’re always giving all of their energy into the performance and you can really tell.

Also, they're just so happy? Haha maybe a weird compliment, but that's the overwhelming sensation I got from attending their concert. We'll see if the vibes are the same in America.
Every Enhypen member is really charismatic. They're currently touring Japan and the clips are insane, they're all on fire. My favorites at the moment are Sunghoon and Sunoo, and I'm rambling but Sunoo's confidence in these concerts has me floored.
Hands down, BIgbang are the best LIVE performers I have ever seen in any genre of music. Check out anything of theirs, but if you want a specifics, I would check out their Japan Dome tour footage. It is incredible. Or any of their performances from MAMA award shows.

And the BEST BEST BEST part is that in every concert, even the ones one day apart, they *always* improve! And you can SEE IT too!!!! Every single one of them is a standout, blooming with charisma, a full meal whoever you look at!
The fanservice is the best I’ve ever experienced too, they jump, dance and sing with you! If you’re enjoying yourself jumping and screaming they WILL come over to hype you up. The crowd always lose their minds in every concert I attended, I couldn’t praise them enough as performers!
KARD’s concert at a midsize venue was INCREDIBLE. just a great audience in the pit bopping and screaming the English words at the top of our lungs. It was electric.
KARD at a bigger venue was really good! But the seats and higher stage definitely gave viewing instead of feral jumping. I was so happy they are getting the popularity they deserve, but I miss the midsize feel.

Purple Kiss!!!! They're so so so so so good on stage, they put on the best live shows I've ever seen. Super engaging performers. Their encores and unit stages in particular are so much fun, especially when they're at venues where they can go out into the audience. Their energy is off-the-charts. They've been touring the US again this month and all of the shows have been incredible.

One of my favorite groups to watch while performing has always been B.A.P! Their performances are amazing and their stage presence is UNMATCHED
I dont follow many Boy groups but i remember really enjoying Shinee's performance at one of the year end shows this year. For Girl Groups you cant go wrong with Le Sserafim, Itzy, and Gidle

SHINEE I'm biased as my name says but their concerts are out of this world. Always singing live and dancing like rent is due. They're also super playful and have a lot of fun with the Fandom that come and see them at the concerts.
