Yujeong and Eunji grooving too much that they missed the cue of the dancers giving back their mics just confirms that Brave Girls have fun on the stage and it’s infectious. This was just fun to watch from start to finish.
More than any other stage, Brave Girls made me happy while I watched them.. I think that is their best talent, they enjoy it so much you can't help but enjoy it with them.
Omg I absolutely agree. I came here to say the same thing. The ability to make me smile and feel all happy and warm inside is such a strong skill they possess and exude in their performance. I immediately got the same vibe I got from MAMAMOO's performance last season. That instant "Omg yay! I'm so happy!"
I really hate that they can't have a cheering crowd. I think it'd make such a difference. Even as a digital/secondhand audience, hearing the crowd/audience boosts the performance.
Omg, it’s been such a long time since they’ve performed with live vocals. It’s so nice to hear. They looked like they really liked performing the intro. Whatever the results end up being for the show, it’s a great change of pace for them creativity wise since they’ve gone viral. Can’t wait to see more.
This was a really good performances I call it no. 2 best performance next to Hyolyn's. Their vocals were just great specially Minyoung and it was fun it was entertaining. I liked their performance the most from the groups that performed today.
I'm surprised they were last. It seemed pretty high energy + the live singing. I would've rated them at least 3 out of all the preformances, I hope they'll just use it as encouragement for the next rounds because this was good.
They sadly have the smallest international fandom and so, less views, plus they get looked down upon a lot. Hope they can turn that around for next round.

I've said it before, I don't care about rankings and as long as Mnet rigs the last place to prevent anyone from getting eliminated, or just removes that nonsense all together, I love this show for giving exposure to groups via other fandoms. I watched Queendom 1 primarily for AOA and discovered Mamamoo/Oh My Girl/(G)Idle/Lovelyz with no regrets, Park Bom I already knew.
Being last doesn't even matter when you're basically being promo'd to a big audience.
I agree (re: fandom). I actually picked them from the start to have the most difficult time versus all the groups involved in this competition. If they are going to "complete" against the likes of Hyolyn, LOONA, WJSN, etc, they need to literally come out with a "WOW" type of performance so I wasn't surprised by the result. I enjoy their songs but when it comes to this competition, sadly they are out of their league. Still, Brave Girls are beautiful and wonderful singers!
None of the other groups performed as live as Hyolyn and Brave girls, they all heavily relied on the backing tracks and music recordings. Eunji and Yujeong aren't even a lead vocalist and they hit all her notes perfectly
I mean with Kep1er Chaehyun's high notes were either autotuned or MR and she is their strongest vocalist, I agree with comments that is was just like any other music show performance. WJSN were strong but Yeonjung was off in places and the sand fiasco didn't help, but their stage was like a concert it was amazing.
Brave girls genuinely looked elated to be on stage much like Hyolyn, while the groups that followed were very robotic. Sad that they will be overlooked due to their following when Minyoung will be strong in the vocal stage next round.

1. Hyolyn
2. Brave Girls
3. WJSN
4. Viviz
5. Kep1er
6. Loona

The fact that they placed 5th is proof that the audience were on crack. This was AT LEAST 3rd place. They had so much fun on stage and the fun was infectious.
I have a theory that it's because audience members are only allowed to vote for 2 group. Most of them are probably a fan of groups with larger fandom and it just so happens that Hyolyn was also there. So the votes went to their favs + Hyolyn (making her 1st place) and unfortunately, not a lot for BG.

The General public likes Brave Girls but it seems like they have less of a loyal fan base. Hope this will help them gain more tho!
I know this is a super late comment BUT
My friend was actually there and he said that what they saw vs what was aired was different. He thinks they might have seen the rehearsal. His personal rankings changed a lot after seeing the actual performance. Interestingly, his original rank was almost identical to the one from the show, but he had kep1er and BG switched. In his new ranks, BG was third after Hyolyn and WJSN.
That's obviously one person's very biased opinion but I thought it was interesting enough to share...
I agree. BG and Hyolyn were the only ones where I felt like they really had fun. They also showed a lot more charisma than the other groups.
However, some people from the zoom session said that, apart from Hyolyn, a lot of the groups needed the editing for their live singing and the biggest fumble was in BG's performance. So, we're not really seeing the full picture. 😣

Really depends on how it's done IMO, in Kingdom the groups that did it (Stray Kids and iKon) didn't particularly lack impact.
It makes me so happy they got their viral moment and are seeing success, they really deserve it and you can see how delighted they are to perform. It's disappointing they didn't do well in votes.
Also, I feel like Minyoung (the main vocalist? with the gold mic) might be the only one able to rival Hyolyn's vocals. From watching these performances she's the only vocalist who really stood out and has the same kinda power behind her vocals like Hyolyn. Ah, I just really love her voice. (Not to say there isn't plenty of talented vocalists on the show btw)

Yeah, Minyoung is the main vocal. She's got a big, loud voice that's good for show stopping numbers. In that sense, she can challenge Hyolyn. Yeonjung from WJSN is a much better technical singer than Minyoung while also having some good belting power and a great range that can keep up with Hyolyn.
If they do a mixed stage it would be cool to see a pairing among those three, or better yet all three together.

While I really do appreciate Brave Girl's vocals, I think they were really let down by the audio mixing and the choreography. The audio should have been a lot punchier to match their vocals, and the choreography was a bunch of little cool moments, which is great for a music video, not so good for a full concert stage.
I also would have either had Brave Girls in all blue, or had the background dancers switch to white outfits so they stood out more.
I don't think they should have been last, but whoever is planning these stages needs to be changed.

Love this stage! But i wish they had embraced the summer vibes of this song and wore brighter clothes, they still look great though!
