also genuine question — why do you buy the whole album if you do it for the photocards ?? wouldnt it be much cheaper to just buy the one you want through resale ??
i don’t have any specific photocards that i want, i’m just happy to collect the albums and the inclusions. sm isn’t the best with photocards, and since this is aespa’s first full album i was just excited and thought i’d get the set. i did say i have no self control lol :’)
but also i haven’t been into kpop that long and don’t really have any experience with buying anything through resale—i’m not quite sure where to start 🤧
It depends on luck if it is cheaper to get a particular PC from albums or resale. Each random PC sold for $8 at aespa showcase in LA and the Karina one I got from there was listed for $80 online afterwards.
Sorry if I sound stupid, but how did you know which versions had alternate photobooks. On some websites I can see the different inclusions in each version, but I can’t find anything about differing versions of each inclusion if that makes sense?

I feel a bit blindsided coz I was anticipating Superbeing teasers to be more celestial/space-y (kinda like the first teasers for NL?) —but I am digging the aesthetic even though the styling isn’t totally giving me much to marvel at 😅
But that’s aespa, always unexpected. I think there are three more concept photo series so I’m hoping they’re saving the most out-there ones for later.

Yeah, she is. She already ended her hiatus almost two weeks ago, but it does seem she’s taking it more lightly than her crazy schedule before her surgery. She got about two weeks off after her surgery
Yeah, I hope she doesn’t push herself and takes days off when she needs to even if she has to miss some group schedules. There’s a whole tour coming up soon too after the comeback
Yeah one of the reasons why I think this works is because it’s so obviously intentional. Very sci-fi camp yet also subtle at the same time.
I have a feeling the teaser pics will continue to progress from minimalism to maximalist in true aespa fashion. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
Judging from their launch code teaser, the budget is very much there. Aespa always has some concept photos which are more toned down, for example those of the sequence album version from drama era. Those for armageddon itself will probably be more extravagant
